Hello trusty backers!
Yesterday I received a package from our manufacturer containing white paper samples and color proofs! white paper samples take the material the finished product will be printed on to make dummy mock-ups. This allows us to make sure everything fits together properly and the sizing is right. I was really happy with the quality of everything! I poured over all of it giving it one final assessment.
Then there are the color proofs. These are done on a digital printer to make sure no images disappeared from the files, no fonts went screwy, and to make sure the colors are where we want them to be. Everything on the color proofs that the manufacturer printed looked good as well!
I did, however, catch a few small items that I missed in the final round of proofing. Nothing major and I was able to resend those specific files over last night. It is always better to catch before it goes to print. It shouldn't slow us down much as our next proofs will all be through email. I am hoping we will have a production schedule from them by early next week. This will include:
The books are coming along really well, we should have the first fully laid out draft of the Campaign Setting done by the end of the month. The Bestiary layout is not as far along, but it will quickly catch up.
I owe you the beta of the sub-classes. It is all written and in the layout, I want to have one more set of eyes on it before I send you the pdf. Hopefully, that will be early next week.
REMINDER – We will be charging BackerKit on 2/10. Make sure your card on file is up-to-date! Shipping and add-ons will be charged on that day and I don't want it to be a surprise to anyone.

Hello and happy holidays!
We just wanted to give a quick update on the project. Everything except for the books is at the printer. Now we wait for proofs to give a final look over and hopefully approve for production.
Revilo Bestiary – The first round of writing is complete and into the editing/additional writing phase. As monsters are finished they will be sent on to the final editor for approval. All stat and mechanical content has already been edited and is complete. This should all be done by mid-January with book layout finishing at the end of January. Then we will have the first two weeks of February to make sure any layout edits can be made.
Campaign Setting – Most of the first round of writing is complete and about halfway through the editing/additional writing phase. As each section of the book is completed it is then passed on to our final editor for updates. Parts of that have been done those sections have been laid out in the design. Because of our process, this book is in multiple phases at once and is really coming together well.

Important Upcoming Dates
We will be sending out beta-testing pdfs of the Subclasses on January 3rd. If you backed the Campaign Setting you should receive an email pdf with that info.
We will be charging your shipping and additional add-ons Monday, February 10th. We wanted to give a little time after the holidays and make sure you are aware that the charges will be occurring then.
Once the charges have gone through we will send out digital content based on your pledge level while we wait for production to finish up.

Hello and happy Saturday trusty backers!
As I watch the twitterverse I am saddened that I did not make it to PAX Unplugged this weekend. Instead, I thought it important to give you an update on the status of everything. Overall, things are progressing quite nicely. Our manufacturing partner is working on paper samples to ensure the sizing of everything is correct while they work on die-lines for me. The writing is moving along really smoothly as well. Now I'll go into the nitty-gritty of each item:
Bestiary Decks – The content is all being reviewed right now for editing. These have already been designed cards themselves have already been designed and updates from the editor will be made directly to the cards. We are currently waiting for the die line of the boxes before we finish up the layouts for those. Our goal is to release these to the printer by 12/30/19.
Pawns – We have sent final files of the pawns themselves off and are waiting on samples to approve. The boxes have been designed but will need to be tweaked once we receive the die lines from the printer. Our goal is to have the pawns approved and packaging released these to the printer by 12/30/19.
Bestiary – The first draft of the writing is complete. The stats are being edited now. The next step is for another round of writing and then editing. Our goal is to have an initial digital draft to you by the end of January.
Campaign Setting – Parts of the first draft of this are complete and are in the second round of writing. There are a few elements that still need the initial writing done and a few more pieces of art that need to be finished. After that, it will go on to editing. Our goal is to have an initial digital draft to you by the end of January.
GM Screen – This is designed and waiting for the paper sample before sending files to the printer.
Slipcase – We are waiting on the paper sample and a die line from the printer. We have it designed already but may need to make some slight adjustments once we have that.
Additional Items – All additional items have been ordered and are either in production or in our warehouse.

Hello Trusty Backers!
I can't believe it has been 2 months since the last update. I am sorry for the delay. Between conventions, day job, and working on content for this project the time has blown by.
The first bit of news I want to share is that I have received samples of the unfinished books. Let me repeat, unfinished, that is important to note. We wanted to go ahead and send the covers and some of the interior spreads off with the actual page count so that we could make sure the layout was working. More importantly, we needed to make sure we have an accurate measurement of the two books for making the slipcase.
It is very exciting to hold these in my hands and know we are that much closer to these books being real!
Now let's move on to production, timing and where things stand. There are only 2 illustrations left for the Bestiary, Pawns, and Bestiary Decks!!! This is very exciting because with that being so close we are on target to release all of those items along with the GM screen and slipcase before the end of the year. This should keep us on track for shipping to happen at the end of March.
One thing we are behind on are the actual books, which is ok. Originally we were going to have them printed overseas which adds 1-2 months in the shipping of the books just from being on a boat. Now that we are printing them in the states we have more time to get them exactly how we want them. This does, however, mean that the digital versions of the books probably won't be sent out until January/February.
