Production is Complete

Hello Trusty Backers!

This morning when I opened my email, I found that production is complete on the project! I immediately reached out to our fulfillment partner to let them know that it is ready for pickup. 

They should be able to schedule pick up from the printer within the next week. From there, the items will be broken up into 3 chunks; Canada, US, and the rest of the world. As the chunks arrive at their respective fulfillment centers they will then be packaged up and mailed out to all of you. 

Based on the time things take to get on a boat and sail across the ocean, we are probably still looking at a month and a half before you start receiving your Revilo books. As I learn more I will continue to share it with you. 

Thank you so much for supporting this project, it really means so much to me. 

Last thing – I broke out a ton of the materials yesterday for a photo shoot and couldn't help myself and jumped behind the GM screen.

Hello Trusty Backers! 

Today I received 2 copies of all of the core printed materials for the project. It all turned out fantastic. I did an unboxing video to share with you which you can check out below. I will have photos in the next couple of days of each of the items. One thing I missed in the unboxing is that each of the acrylic pawns has clear plastic sheeting on both sides. Once removed they look extra colorful. 

I can't wait to get them in your hands.

Hello Trusty Backers!

This morning I received good news that 2 copies of the final production samples are on their way to me. I should have them in 4-6 days. Once I review, I will share a video and photos with you. I can't express how excited I am to get these in my hands! 

Once I have them, I will schedule the shipment from the manufacturer to myself and a distribution partner for non-US backers. They are getting closer to arriving at your door.

Thank you so much for being a part of this. The feedback we've had from folks playing from the pdfs has been incredible.

Sneak Peek

The next Revilo book were are going to put out will be Murk's Hollow: City in Turmoil . It will be part Gazateer, part adventure campaign, partly expanded ruleset. We have been working on it for quite some time and plan to have it ready for a Kickstarter in the fall!

New Estimated Timing

Hello trusty backers,

I hope you and your loved ones are doing well right now. I spoke with my printer late yesterday and received an updated timeline. It sounds like final production is now estimated to be done on May 20th, with early production samples (one set) being shipped to me around May 6th. I can't wait to see everything and share it with you!!!

Between now and that time I will be working to finalize shipping arrangements with the bulk to heading me and international orders to our distribution partners. Because things are strange all over the world, shipping may take a little while once the printing is complete. I'm going to do everything I can to keep you in the loop on its progress once we get to that point. 

Now let's chat about a few other exciting things.

Origins Game Fair Online (June 19-21)

With the physical incarnation of Origins not happening this year, they are hosting a digital version of the convention over the same weekend. Origins is probably my favorite convention for a number of reasons, so I am going to try to make the most of the online incarnation. We are going to be running Revilo game sessions throughout the weekend. Would you be interested in playing? Please let us know in the comments. This will help me get a better idea of how many games we want to schedule over the weekend. Isaac and I will be running games, as well as a few guest DMs who are willing to join our quest!

Future Revilo Project

The next big Revilo project is going to be a book diving further into Murk's Hollow. It will be part gazetteer,  part adventure campaign, and have some additional flavor for your Revilo games.  We have been working on some of the content each month through our Patreon adventures. This month the story takes adventurers down into the sewers beneath the Worker's Row section of the city. It's great getting to build out NPCs, storyline and more while you get to playtest it!
