Shipping Update

Hello Trusty Backers!

I wanted to give you an update on everything. 

US/CANADA Backers 

It looks like the shipment should arrive at the warehouse around the 21st. That is only 8 days away! It will probably take a few days to sort and start shipping orders. As soon as I know packages have started going out, I will let you know.

Rest of the World

The add-on items are almost at the international fulfillment center. I should have an update very soon about when your orders will begin shipping. I think we should start to see everyone getting what they ordered around the same time!

I am SO READY for you to have these in your hands and get your feedback!

As I mentioned in a previous update, on Wednesday I will be launching another project for my RPG Squeeze line. If you backed this project for a physical reward you will automatically get a $5 credit in Backerkit for that campaign if you choose to back it. It's a small thank you for believing in my projects.

Hello Trusty Backers,

I know it’s only been about 10 days since the last update, but I felt like it’s time for another one. I was hoping to have more information from my fulfillment partner before I sent this out, but when I hear back from them I’ll send out another update with more info.

First off, I’m sorry you don’t have your physical products yet. I too am more than ready for them to be here. Along with you getting your rewards, I really want Isaac and Carey to have copies in their hands since they worked so hard on this. Sadly, they have not made it across the ocean yet.

I decided to go with a fulfillment partner because I have seen it work for friends of mine who had over 9,000 backers on their Kickstarter. The idea of not having to pack and ship all the orders (and also have 3 pallets of boxes in my house) sounded pretty amazing. I am completely confident that everything you ordered will get to you, based on their previous track record. It’s just not arriving as soon as I had thought it would, and I don’t have any new dates yet to share with you.

I have tried to do my best to be open and transparent about this whole process, so I thought I would share the recent timeline of events.  

May 20 – Production complete

May 29 – Everything sent to Fulfilment Warehouse in China

May 31 – I provided breakdowns of all orders
June 1 – Told all product would be sorted and be on the first boat after June 5

June 8 – They had a couple more questions before they could put it on a boat

June 18 – They got confused about some of the Pawns Products, so it did not go on the boat the day before

I am waiting to hear back about an updated timeline and will share that as soon as I can. I am doing all that I can to try to get everything here sooner.

Because I had a timeline worked out where you would have your rewards for this project, I went ahead and scheduled another Kickstarter to launch on July 15th. At this point, momentum is moving too fast with this new project. I have paid for advertising set to launch on specific days during the campaign, and I can’t postpone it now. I hope the launch of the new Kickstarter doesn’t upset you. It is a completely different type of product, and it will not affect the World of Revilo Campaign Setting at all. As an apology/thank you, I am going to do something special with the new project for those of you who are waiting for your current rewards to arrive.

While we wait for the fulfillment company to get everything moving, I thought I would share some other things we have going on. First off, today we launched a big giveaway for our RPG Squeeze line. You can sign up to enter by clicking on the image.

Hello Trusty Backers,

I wanted to give you a quick update. The items are at our fulfillment partner's China warehouse. Things are being separated by region and they will be updating me soon on when the majority of the boxes will get on a boat headed to the US. I expect non-US backer fulfillment to begin in the next couple of weeks (they are waiting on the dice and coins to arrive to the warehouse).
