Hello Trusty Backers,
Let's get the best news out first
CANADA BACKERS – It looks like all orders for Canada should be shipped out. If you are in Canada and have not received your order please let me know.
UNITED STATES – Last week I was told that everything had arrived at the California warehouse. Apparently there was a mix-up and they had received someone else's items. I have however gotten confirmation that the real shipment arrived today. That means it should start shipping next week. I am eagerly awaiting everyone receiving their items!
REST OF THE WORLD – After a long wait of the items being at their warehouse, I was told they finally started shipping them yesterday.
Hopefully, next week and the week after there will be lots of Revilo to be had by all!

US Fulfillment Update

Trusty Backers, I have good news!
The shipment to the US has made it to the California warehouse!!!!
I am beyond relieved that it has finally made it this destination. Now they have to enter the inventory into their system and then start shipping things out. I don't have an update as to how soon that will be, but I will let you know as soon as I can.

Shipping Update 080720

Hello Trusty Backers,
It's time for the weekly updates. Things have not changed much since last week.
US BACKERS
We are in about the same spot as we were last week. The cargo is in Oakland's port waiting to get devanned. Because it was only 2 pallets, it is in a container with a bunch of other stuff and we are in line to get unloaded.
CANADA BACKERS
Some fine folks from Canada have been getting their books. There are still about half that have not shipped. Canada had not received all of the extra items that I shipped to California's warehouse 2 months ago. This includes dice, coins, playmats, and dice trays. Monday they were sent out to the Canada fulfillment center. I'm waiting for confirmation that they have arrived. I expect once they do, it should only take a few days for the rest of Canada's orders to go out.
REST OF THE WORLD
They are currently prepping all of the orders into packages to ship them all out at once.
I hope we will have more progress next week.

Shipping Update 080120

Hello Trusty Backers,
Another week has gone by and only a few shipments have gone out. I have asked for weekly updates from my fulfillment partner so that I can keep you in the loop as much as possible.
US BACKERS
No US orders have shipped yet. I thought it would the pallets of our items would have passed customs already having arrived on the 21st, but they have not. From the fulfillment company: "I don't have any new information about the inventory the California warehouse is anticipating. Hopefully it clears customs soon and is delivered early next week."
CANADA BACKERS
About half of the Canada orders have shipped. I am waiting to hear back on the other half.
REST OF THE WORLD
I am waiting on an update from that warehouse to find out the status of orders.
You have all been extremely patient with this, and I can't express how awesome that is. I am anxiously awaiting the orders getting shipped out. I will make weekly updates until all of the orders have gone out.

Shipping Updates – 072220

Hello Trusty Backers,
I wanted to give a quick update on shipping.
US Backers – Yesterday was the day the shipment to the US was scheduled to come into port. I spoke with the fulfillment company yesterday and they said they will let me know as soon as it gets to their warehouse. Once it arrives, they will put the inventory into their system and start shipping.
Canada – Product has arrived in Canada and should start shipping today!
Rest of the World – Apparently the smaller courier services are in a constant state of flux right now with the pandemic. The fulfillment company is working on getting all of the orders sorted with the proper couriers and I should hopefully have an update on these soon.
We are getting closer. I am sorry this is taking so long, I can't wait for you to get Revilo in your hands!
